Jeffrey started his real estate career in 1992 and has remained a top-producing agent with RE/MAX for over 15 years. He has helped over 3,000 families buy and sell Real-Estate, as well as, being involved in construction management of the buying and selling residential developments as well as commercial properties. Real Estate sales have always played a big part in Bill’s life. Bill has a Bachelors degree in Land Use Management, and received his real estate license in 1981. During his career, he has sold residential homes, new construction and resale, and has sold and leased commercial industrial properties. Bill spent eighteen years with new home builders as a Community Sales Manager and as a Regional Sales Manager. During that time, he closed over $140,000,000 in real estate sales transactions. Bill believes strongly in customer service and customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale. Bill has been married for over 20 years and has two daughters. He is involved in family activities and serves as a volunteer at his church. Bill enjoys a variety of sports, but is really an avid ice hockey player having played the sport regularly from the time he was nine years old through college. Bill stills gets out a couple of times a week to stay in the game!

Rachel Klohr Marketing Director Customer Care Once the property is listed with us, Rachel will schedule an appointment to take photographs the of exterior as well as the interior of your home, take measurements of each room, gather information plus details about your home, secure the lock box on the front door and install the sign in your yard. Rachel will also give you suggestions on how best to show your home if necessary. After the scheduled appointment is complete, she will return to the office to compile the data that will be input into the MLS and all pertinent websites to market your home. She then optimizes your photos so they look as professional as possible. Rachel generates a detailed color brochure to be displayed inside your home as well as black and white copies for the brochure box that will be placed on the sign in your yard. The outside brochure box ensures high exposure of your home to any interested buyers that may drive through your neighborhood looking for their next new home. Rachel will follow up with clients on a weekly basis to ensure you have a sufficient amount of flyers for any and all scheduled showings. Rachel's marketing expertise will ensure your home is visible to as many potential buyers as possible.
